“The Blind Side” finally knocked “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” from the top of the box office mountain this weekend. It seems that with the holidays fast approaching, many people decided they would rather take in an inspirational true story than a fictional romance involving vampires and werewolves. The producers of “New Moon” don’t need to worry just yet; it has grossed millions more overall! Both movies have received great reviews so I guess it is just a matter of personal taste as to which you might prefer. I have not seen either, but I imagine there are many people who liked both!
Charlie: “The Blind Side” HAS to be a better movie; it involves FOOTBALL!
Annie: Anyone who knows ANYTHING would prefer “Twilight” as it involves forbidden romance and intimacy, but I wouldn’t expect you to know anything about that!
Charlie: Oh yeah? Well, the neighborhood lady cats don’t call me the “Don Juan of Evans Road” for nothing!
Annie: Please….You’re a legend in your own mind!
Charlie: You don’t think that little Calico cutie comes around to see YOU, do you? And mama is always telling me how handsome I am!
Annie: I think mama is a little biased in that regard!
Charlie: Maybe, but that doesn’t make her wrong!
